Does Hypnosis Really Make you Lose Weight?
Abracadabra, poof, you're thin? Here's what hypnosis is not. It is not magic. The words recited and listened to during your hypnosis will not magically cause fat to be melted away so that you awaken from the hypnosis instantly a thinner person. However, it does something even better. Better than waking up two dress sizes smaller? Better than passing the company physical with flying colors the next morning? Yes! Because it ultimately does all that and more.
While, it's true that hypnosis is not what makes you lose weight, it's also true that the behaviors and attitudes that your hypnosis will instill is what leads to the weight loss. Hypnosis works through the brain. The power of the brain and nervous system is the power of hypnosis. That's nothing to sneeze at. The brain is pretty powerful.

I've had a question lately about using multiple hypnosis mp3s for different topics. The person was wondering if it is possible to work on more than one issue simultaneously. For example, could one use a hypnosis for weight loss and use another hypnosis for sleep? The answer is a resounding yes! Current behavior is based partly on the person's thought routines, learned, developed, and entrenched over the course of her/his lifetime to date. The aim of the hypnosis is to add new sections of deep learning into the routine to produce a new, better outcome. Since the two behaviors of sleep and eating have relatively distinct thought routines, both can be added to independently. However, I chose the word relativley for a reason. Sometimes, apart from the hypnosis question, behaviors are linked in a person's mind. Perhaps one behavior is seen as necessary for the other to happen. Maybe a person has difficulty sleeping, without first feeling satisfied that enough has been eaten. In that case, it makes perfect sense to address both issues.
So, how would one logistically use two hypnosis sessions? You probably wouldn't want to use them back to back. Though it wouldn't do harm, it may eventually render the induction less effective. I would recommend using them separated by morning and evening, or afternoon and evening, or using each one on alternating days.
